The Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Legal Counsel to join our team in Melbourne. Working with Clario, you will provide expert legal advice and support Clients across multiple industries and specialisations. You will work closely with various businesses to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, mitigate risks, and contribute to the overall success of our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters, including corporate, commercial, intellectual property, marketing compliance, technology, and data privacy. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist the Client in achieving their strategic and commercial objectives. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends. About You:

A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5PQE. You have previous experience working with a reputable law firm or in-house legal team. Strong knowledge of Australian law and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
