About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate
Centre Director/Manager
to lead our early learning centre. In this senior leadership position, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage a dedicated team of educators, and foster a safe, enriching, and nurturing environment for children and families. You will be responsible for guiding curriculum development, maintaining regulatory compliance, building strong community relationships, and driving continuous improvement in educational quality.

What You'll Do:
Marketing and advertising to build up the centre occupancy.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to centre staff to support professional growth and high-quality teaching.
Oversee enrolment, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and maintain educational programs aligned with developmental best practices and regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with all childcare licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Manage the centre’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with families, the local community, and other stakeholders.
Lead centre evaluations, continuous improvement initiatives, and staff performance reviews.
Represent the centre professionally through community outreach, events, and partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or a related field.
Several years of experience in early childhood education, preferably with leadership or management responsibilities.
Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning curriculum.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive environment for staff, children, and families.
Sound financial management skills, including budgeting and resource planning.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Current First Aid, CPR and WWCC.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and licensing in the childcare sector.
