Workplace Relations - Senior Lawyer 3+ years PQE

Our client, a national law firm with a highly successful Workplace Relations practice is seeking a talented employment lawyer with at least 3 years PQE to join their friendly team in Melbourne. Working with leading partners, you will act for major clients across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, FMCG, retail, financial services, technology and government. You can expect to work on a variety of complex and interesting matters including industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, termination of employment, post-employment restraints, workplace investigations, discrimination and dispute resolution matters in the Fair Work Commission and VCAT. You will also advise clients on strategy, compliance and policies. With at least 3 years PQE specialising in employment law at a boutique, mid tier or top tier firm, or alternatively, in house, you are pragmatic, have strong drafting skills and enjoy working both collaboratively and independently as needed. If you are a senior associate or above, you are also comfortable managing client relationships and mentoring more junior lawyers.
