Own and scale the subscriber growth engine of a rapidly growing consumer nutrition platform.

equ is a fast-growing nutrition platform helping people build a healthier relationship with food through personalised nutrition, technology and content. Through the equ app and our digital ecosystem, we reach millions of consumers each month and support a fast-growing community of subscribers focused on sustainable, balanced nutrition.

We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead and scale the engine that drives subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.

The Role This role owns equ’s growth engine and leads the marketing function responsible for delivering it. You will scale subscriber growth across paid, organic, and partnership channels while continuously improving conversion, retention, and lifetime value.

Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will design and execute data-driven growth strategies, combining performance marketing, experimentation, and funnel optimisation to scale the business. You will also lead and develop the marketing team, building a culture of accountability, experimentation, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale subscriber acquisition across paid, organic, and partnership channels

Optimise conversion across the digital funnel, including website, onboarding, & retention journeys

Lead lifecycle marketing (CRM, email, engagement programs) to improve retention and LTV

Drive creator-led growth, leveraging founder content, influencers, and organic social channels

Build and expand strategic partnerships that unlock new audiences and revenue opportunities

Lead marketing team development, setting KPIs and building a high-performance culture

Manage agency partners and external specialists to deliver strong commercial outcomes

Run ongoing growth experiments, using data and analytics to optimise performance

Support go-to-market strategies for international expansion

Own and report on key growth metrics to the CEO and leadership team

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience scaling growth in a consumer, digital, or subscription business

Hands‑on experience running paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google or similar)

Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, and growth economics

Experience optimising customer acquisition and retention funnels

Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and experimentation to drive results

Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution

Experience building and leading high‑performing marketing teams

Experience in creator‑driven or digitally native brands is highly desirable

Interest in health, fitness, or nutrition is advantageous
