About the role

As Lead Educator, you will:

guide the planning cycle and support reflective practice

coach and mentor educators to build capability and confidence

embed the EYLF and National Quality Standard into everyday practice

build strong relationships with families and colleagues

contribute to a warm, collaborative and child‑centred culture

What you bring

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent) completed before October 2025

At least twelve months of leadership or room‑leader experience in an Australian early learning service (ideally)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, plus a valid Blue Card

Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standard and the planning cycle

Confidence in mentoring colleagues, engaging families and navigating challenging conversations

Availability for full‑time hours, ideally across a rotating roster
