The Team
Our Management Consulting Practice partners with Corporate and Private Equity clients globally to improve business performance across the investment lifecycle. We focus on helping companies make their most impactful strategic decisions, improve operational value creation, and we help implement the complex changes required. This means we support clients on their Strategy, M&A Transactions, Carve-out and Integration, Operational Transformations, Capital Projects, and optimise their digital and AI journey. As a Graduate Associate, you’ll work on high impact, hands‑on projects, helping organisations deliver measurable results while developing strong leadership, commercial, analytical, and execution skills in a team-based environment where personal growth and development of our team is the core to your success. And all of that in an exciting and fast-growing company.
How You Will Contribute
As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting complex, high-profile engagements. You will be part of project teams that work closely together on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include conducting research, performing analytical problem-solving, building financial models, and preparing reports and presentations. You will work closely with clients to address strategic challenges, collaborate with top-tier professionals, and contribute to practice development initiatives. This role demands a hands‑on approach and a focus on delivering rapid, bottom-line improvements.
