The Director, Primary Health Programs (South) provides operational leadership and coordination of primary health services across Cooktown, Weipa and Cape York. The role supports the delivery of chronic disease management, community health care, maternal and child health, allied health and Closing the Gap initiatives, while fostering strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Apunipima Cape York Health Council.

Base salary:

$5,957.70 – $6,304.00 per fortnight

➕ 12.75% employer superannuation and salary packaging options
