The Opportunity
As our new Talent Business Partner, you will play a critical role in building high‑performing teams across our HQ and Regional Retail network ensuring we attract, hire and retain exceptional people who bring our purpose to life every day. Our P&C team is growing; this is an additional role in supporting the growing business needs. Reporting to the GM of People & Capability, this is a strategic and hands‑on role partnering closely with senior leaders across our business.
You will lead best‑practice recruitment, elevate our talent processes, and bring a strong candidate and leader experience lens to every interaction.
What You’ll do
Partner with HQ and Regional leaders to deliver effective workforce planning and hiring strategies.
Coach hiring managers on best‑practice recruitment and confident, bias‑aware decision‑making.
Drive proactive talent conversations and support succession and capability planning.
Deliver a seamless, brand‑aligned candidate experience across all touchpoints.
Own end‑to‑end recruitment, using data and insights to improve hiring outcomes.
Bring our EVP and brand story to life through consistent, engaging recruitment messaging.

About You
You have experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Business Partnering, ideally in retail or consumer brands.
You build trusted relationships and confidently influence senior stakeholders across multi‑site environments.
You understand what great candidate experience looks like and know how to deliver it consistently.
You will be skilled in end‑to‑end recruitment with strong judgement around capability, culture and brand alignment.
You are collaborative and passionate about the Lorna Jane brand and empowering women.
