Optometrist – Gosford Join our team of dedicated professionals at Specsavers Gosford. As an Optometrist, you will provide comprehensive eye care services in a well‑established two‑test room store, working with patients primarily aged 40–70, as well as an increasing number of adolescent patients.

Responsibilities

Deliver eye examinations and visual assessments, including OCT scans, visual fields, and non‑contact tonometry.

Collaborate with a team of three experienced optometrists to manage routine care and co‑managed complex cases.

Maintain accurate patient records and manage treatment plans using integrated software systems.

Participate in community outreach and support initiatives in partnership with the Fred Hollows Foundation.

Engage in continuous professional development through MyCPD and the annual Clinics Conference.

Qualifications

Registered Optometrist with relevant qualifications and permits.

Experience in clinical eye care, ideally within a retail or community setting.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to lifelong learning and adherence to professional standards.

Work Details

Salary Package:

Up to $115k + Super (Pro Rata).

Roster:

Part‑time with scheduled Monday and Saturday shifts.

Location:

Gosford, New South Wales.
