As we continue to expand, we are establishing a senior executive role to lead a modern, strategic and commercially focused security and resilience capability.

About the Role The

Chief Information Officer (CIO)

will be responsible for designing and executing a group-wide security, technology and resilience strategy. This role spans cyber security, information management, personnel and physical security, supply-chain and vendor risk, operational continuity, and crisis management.

This is a pivotal leadership position requiring vision, strong governance capability, and the ability to drive uplift across multiple operating companies while enabling innovation and commercial opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of an integrated security and resilience program across cyber, physical, personnel, operational and supply-chain domains.

Build and maintain risk‑intelligence and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights to executive leadership and the Board.

Oversee crisis management, incident response readiness and business‑continuity planning for all group entities.

Foster a culture of accountability, transparency and security awareness throughout the organisation.

Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, national CERTs and other external bodies to ensure robust threat intelligence and response alignment.

Partner closely with legal, operations, technology teams, vendors and regulators to ensure consistent security governance and compliance.

Identify opportunities to commercialise or productise elements of the group’s security and resilience capabilities.

Experience & Qualifications

10+ years’ senior leadership experience in security, resilience, intelligence, technology or risk‑management roles.

Proven experience leading large or international security organisations with HR, financial and performance accountability.

Strong track record designing and running multi‑domain security programs, particularly in cyber security and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.

Demonstrated experience working with law enforcement, national CERTs, regulators and strategic external partners.

Experience aligning security and legal functions on IP protection, investigations, and regulatory compliance.

Background in product development, ideally software or technology‑enabled services, is highly desirable.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, including experience presenting at executive and board levels.
