Key Responsibilities of the Role

Analyse residential building plans and documentation to prepare accurate material take-offs

Order materials for full home builds, including post-contract and variation requirements

Work closely with construction, procurement and supplier partners to resolve queries and maintain schedule alignment

Identify discrepancies, propose solutions and support improvements in estimating systems and processes

Maintain consistent, reliable estimating records that support operational targets and cost control

Using Dynamix Estimating software (full training provided)

What We’re Looking For

At least 4 years’ experience in residential whole-house estimating in a volume building setting

Strong working knowledge of construction processes and industry terminology

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans with precision

Confidence using estimating software (Databuild, Buildsoft or similar) and digital tools

Excellent analytical, numerical and communications skills

Construction qualifications or trade background are highly advantageous
