The Role

The Director, Child Protection has operational decision making and is responsible for effective service responses that improve outcomes for vulnerable children, young people, and their families in the statutory Child Protection program.

Accountabilities Include

Lead the delivery of child protection operations, strategic planning and performance reporting for the Area ensuring an evidence base is available to support effective service responses that improve outcomes for vulnerable children, young people and their families.

Ensure that program targets, performance objectives and statutory responsibilities are met.

Analyse, compile and report on data performance and trends within Child Protection.
