About Your Role
Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a People Partner, within our People Division. As one of Australia’s largest providers of Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, Scope empowers people with disabilities to live more independently by delivering tailored supports that reflect their unique needs, preferences and aspirations. This role plays a critical part in supporting change initiatives that enhance the quality, experience and sustainability of Scope’s Accommodation Services. Your work will ensure employees are supported through organisational change, while enabling leaders to manage transitions effectively and in line with Scope’s values and industrial instruments. You will strengthen people processes and build leadership capability to foster engagement, genuine consultation, compliance and positive employee experience during periods of change.
Key Focus
Support change initiatives within Accommodation Services, ensuring alignment with Scope’s values and enterprise agreements
Coach and build capability in leaders to lead effective change consultation and engagement
Partner with operational leaders to plan and facilitate group and individual consultation
Assist with reporting and stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and alignment
Develop and maintain consultation and communication materials, templates and records
Provide advice on employment relations and workforce matters
Work as a generalist People Partner as required to support broader people initiatives and operational needs
What We Look For
Robust experience in People Partnering (disability, community care or NFP sectors are desirable)
Experience in change management and consultation processes
Excellent coaching, communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Strengths in navigating ambiguity, critically analysing issues and problem solving
Experience in a unionised environment
Ability to travel across metro Melbourne, regional Victoria, and NSW

NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
Please note, successful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check. If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country or countries will also be required.
