General Manager – Technical Sales & Business Management

Adelaide | Full‑Time | Frequent Interstate Travel

Westmatic designs, supplies, installs, and services capital equipment for truck, bus, and train wash operations across Australia.

We are now seeking a sales‑led General Manager to take ownership of the Australian business.

This is not a corporate or purely administrative GM role.

It is a front‑line leadership position involving:

Winning major capital-equipment projects

Leading complex tenders and negotiations

Owning key customer relationships

Managing full P&L performance

The role combines:

Senior technical / capital-equipment sales

Commercial leadership and forecasting

Operational oversight through local teams and partners

Ideal background:

Proven success in complex B2B or capital‑equipment sales

Experience carrying P&L responsibility

Strong commercial judgement and technical credibility

Comfortable being hands‑on with customers and decisions
