We’re now looking for a

Head of Sales

to join our Senior Leadership Team and help shape the next phase of our commercial growth.

The opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a senior, hands-on role for a commercially astute sales leader who thrives in FMCG. You’ll own Exquisine’s sales strategy end-to-end — protecting and growing existing relationships while unlocking new retail and QSR opportunities.

You’ll be a trusted partner to our customers and a key voice at the leadership table, bringing market insight, disciplined forecasting, and a strong results focus to everything you do.

What you’ll be doing

Lead and grow key retail and QSR customer relationships

Deliver sales and margin growth with sustainable pricing strategies

Identify, secure, and convert new retail and QSR opportunities

Lead commercial negotiations, category reviews, and customer presentations

Partner closely with Product Development, Operations, and Marketing to bring innovation to market

Track category trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities

Provide clear forecasts, reporting, and insights to the CEO and SLT

Represent Exquisine at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events

About you

Proven senior sales experience in FMCG or food manufacturing

Strong background in retail and/or QSR channels

Commercially sharp, confident negotiator, and relationship-driven

Demonstrated success in key account management and business development

Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels

Down-to-earth, collaborative, and values-led
