The Opportunity

General Managers across Melbourne

About the Role

Lead the day-to-day operations of a Melbourne-based Care Community including people leadership, customer outcomes and full P&L performance responsibilities

Drive a positive and inspiring team culture to deliver high-quality care and well being services to older people

Develop strong and connected relationships with residents, families, health professionals and the wider community
