Lead the Digital Growth of a Fast-Growing Australian Fashion Group We are a growing Australian fashion group with multiple brands under our umbrella, each with its own identity, audience and product direction. Together, our brands create a strong portfolio that reaches women across a wide range of lifestyles and style preferences.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Head of Digital & Growth to lead the future of our digital performance. This senior, hands‑on role oversees eCommerce, digital marketing, content, CRM, customer growth and performance, with full ownership of digital revenue and profitability. Your mission is simple: drive digital growth through strategy, creativity and commercial execution.

What You’ll Lead

Own all digital revenue, budgets and growth targets

Oversee eCommerce performance, website optimisation and daily trading

Lead all digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, SEO, influencers)

Build and execute the CRM & retention strategy (Klaviyo)

Direct digital content, storytelling and relatable social‑first creative

Manage and mentor the digital team including eCommerce, Marketing and Content

Drive data‑led customer acquisition and retargeting using first‑party data

Develop clear weekly and monthly performance reporting

Partner with internal teams across design, planning, operations and customer service to deliver a seamless online experience

What You Bring

6+ years in digital, eCommerce or growth‑focused marketing roles

Proven experience owning digital performance budgets and revenue outcomes

Strong capability across paid performance, CRO, email automation and customer retention

Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager and digital analytics

Ability to balance creative storytelling with data‑driven decision‑making

Experience in fast‑paced digital environments, ideally within fashion or retail

Confident leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a high‑performing team

Passion for digital innovation, content, customer experience and brand growth
