Our mission Make advanced operational intelligence accessible to every factory floor, every supply chain, and every team, not just executives.

We’re pre-funding, pre-product, and pre-revenue, but not pre-opportunity. We have pilot customers waiting, hot leads, and an ambitious roadmap ready to scale.

You’ll lead all things technical : architecture, development, and team formation. You’ll make the key decisions shaping our future stack, from pilot-ready MVP to scalable SaaS.

You’ll Own

Defining the technical roadmap and architecture

Building and leading the engineering team

Choosing the stack (we trust your judgment for speed and scale)

Overseeing pilots, integrations, and AI agent deployment

Ensuring UX excellence and modular design

Working closely with the founding team on strategy and product-market fit

You’ll be joining a founding team with global experience (40+ countries, manufacturing, operations, and AI transformation).

We care less about titles, more about ownership and impact.

You Are

A builder at heart — startup-ready, execution-driven, adaptable

Experienced in 0→1 products or early-stage startups

Comfortable owning architecture, codebase, and delivery

Skilled in cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), backend (Python / Node.js / Go), and frontend (React / Next.js)

Familiar with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic), data pipelines, and real-time systems

Capable of designing event-driven, modular, API-first architectures

Passionate about elegant UX, fast iteration, and meaningful impact

Preferred (not mandatory)

Experience in SaaS, AI / ML, or industrial tech (manufacturing, supply chain, operations)

Prior startup or founding experience

Exposure to rapid prototyping

Compensation & Growth

This is an equity-heavy partnership role.

Equity : Significant founding-level allocation (negotiable based on contribution)

Cash Compensation : Modest at first, scaling with funding and revenue
