Proven experience delivering a wide variety of technically challenging, major construction projects. They focus on a range of projects in the health, defence, aged care, industrial, retail, and commercial sectors. They are currently looking for a Snr Estimator to join the team, and have a strong pipeline of tenders in the healthcare sector. Key Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying Previous experience working as a Senior Estimator in commercial new build. Proven experience tendering projects $50M+ Must have experience working in the construction space, tendering on commercial building projects. Previous experience in the healthcare/hospital space would be highly advantageous. Previous experience with D&C, ECI and traditional hard dollar/lump sum.
