Opportunity
Leading the Middle and Senior Years staff and a thriving 7-12 student population of 670, the appointee will guide the delivery of a holistic education and the ongoing development and wellbeing of students and staff. Working closely with the R-12 Director of Teaching and Learning, Head of Junior Years and the R-12 Assistant Head of Student Wellbeing in relation to their portfolios, the Head of Middle and Senior Years ensures a positive and productive learning environment and a cohesive educational experience for students and their families across the College. Communication, collaboration and building effective teaching and pastoral care teams, are essential elements. Supporting the implementation of innovative curriculum programs, future-ready capabilities and contemporary pedagogy appropriate for the secondary sector, are central to this role.
Role
