About the role As an Estimator you will be part of the entire building process from consultation, design concept to construction. The Estimator would be from a construction background that has progressed their career within residential or commercial construction.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Adhere to health and safety regulation always and company safety systems and policies

Comply to site safety rules to minimise work related accidents and injuries

Send out tender quote requests and review quotes

Preparation of project requirement/ risk registers

Source local pricing

Upon award, complete procurement register

Use of software Wunderbuild and Xero

Skills & experience

10+ years' experience in managing residential and commercial projects

Experience in tendering a range of residential projects from $1 million - $30 million
