About the role Lead multiple projects from concept through to delivery with support from the Project Director and MD. You’ll play a hands‑on role across a diverse portfolio (education, social and affordable housing, health etc), gaining exposure to projects that have a genuine community impact. These projects range in scale and complexity, but you can expect projects from $5m to $25m.

Your responsibilities will span project planning, stakeholder management, financial control, risk management, and delivery through to completion—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. The consultancy uses Procure as its project management platform; prior experience with Procure is advantageous but not essential, as training and support will be provided.

What You’ll Bring

A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar

Circa 5+ years’ experience delivering similar projects of similar value ($5m to $25m) in a consultancy or construction environment.

Openness to work in the office full‑time (remembering your 9‑day fortnight)

A collaborative, proactive approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem‑solving ability

Sound financial and risk management capability

Knowledge of the Victorian construction market and Building Codes

Experience using Procure or similar project management systems is beneficial.
