We create city-sized solutions—building and **About the role** As the Head of Legal – Commercial Resolution & Disputes, you will lead the legal team responsible for managing Transurban’s disputes, litigation, regulatory investigations, claims management and claims prevention. This senior leadership role is central to shaping the effectiveness, culture and strategic direction of the Legal function, while ensuring timely, value-adding advice across complex commercial and operational matters. You will partner closely with the Group General Counsel, Legal Leadership Team and senior business stakeholders to manage legal risk, drive consistency and maintain best-practice governance.
