Service Delivery Manager - Aged Care

About the Role

As GNA continues to expand services, we are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the team in the Aged Care Program. This role is critical to overseeing scheduling of workforce resources with client needs, ensuring employee award and funding body compliance, and continuous improvement of service delivery. The position is full-time and is based at our head office in Gosnells.

Key responsibilities

Oversight of efficient scheduling processes to ensure continuity of service delivery, compliance, and maximising workforce resources.

Work in collaboration with internal teams to align scheduling with organisational goals, participate in key meetings, and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth running of services.

Ensure scheduling and reporting is accurate and compliant with all relevant legislation, quality standards and awards. Maintain data integrity, support payroll processes, and contribute to internal and external auditing of information and records.

Manage program resources efficiently within budget (including management of individual budgets) and ensure cost‑effective operations.

Attend meetings with key stakeholders for goal planning, feedback and reviews (etc.), for clients and/or provide guidance to direct reports.

Lead implementation of continuous service improvements, analyse service trends, and implement initiatives that enhance the quality of service provision and customer satisfaction levels.

Provide fair and supportive management and leadership for direct and indirect reports, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Supervise, mentor and coach staff, maintain performance reviews, and support professional development and training.

Contribute to process and systems development and implementation, and develop operational plans that support GNA Services’ strategic goals.

Promote and foster a safe work environment through compliance with WHS standards, reporting hazards and incidents, and ensuring appropriate emergency procedures are in place.

Compliance with GNA Services’ policies and procedures, and code of conduct.

About You

Experience in management of Aged Care Services including scheduling or operational oversight of scheduling supports for Aged Care clients.

Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience required.

Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.

Strong working knowledge of the SCHADS Award.

Knowledge of and experience in the implementation of WHS Standards.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

Demonstrated initiative, sound judgement, and ability to work autonomously.

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and scheduling systems.

Experience using CRM or care management systems.

Eligible to work in Australia with valid Australian working rights.

Current National police Clearance or willingness to obtain.

Experience with My Aged Care (MAC) and Government Provider Management System (GPMS) is highly desirable.

Experience with Brevity Care software is also desirable.
