The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Solicitor to join our specialist practice in the Melbourne CBD.

This role is ideal for an accomplished and dedicated plaintiff lawyer who:

Has strong experience in TAC matters

Enjoys running complex serious injury and common law claims end-to-end

Thrives in a specialist, high-performing environment

Values autonomy, efficiency and meaningful outcomes for clients

Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of TAC matters, including common law and serious injury claims

Providing strategic, high-level advice to injured clients and their families

Negotiating with TAC and liaising with counsel, medical experts and other stakeholders

Driving matters to timely, commercially sound resolutions

Upholding the firm’s reputation for the highest ethical advocacy and exceptional client care

About You

Minimum

5 years’ experience

in TAC claims

Strong knowledge of the Victorian TAC scheme and personal injury law

Excellent communication, organisation and file management skills

Confident negotiator and advocate with a client-centered approach

Proven ability to manage complex litigation independently and efficiently

LIV Accredited Specialist (Personal Injury Law) highly regarded but not essential

Proactive, adaptable and detail-oriented.
