optimisation.

You’ll take the lead in refining algorithms and backend systems that power dynamic scheduling, routing, and task allocation helping drive smarter decisions across autonomous operations, fleets, and supply chains. If you love solving complex problems where milliseconds and precision matter, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing

Enhance and extend

optimisation algorithms

that improve performance, efficiency, and resource utilisation. Design and build

scalable assignment engines

and real-time microservices in C#. Translate

mathematical models

into practical, high-performing code. Optimise

routing, scheduling, and fleet management

logic across large, distributed systems. Mentor developers on optimisation principles and algorithmic thinking. Contribute to shared

NuGet components

and reusable architecture patterns. What You’ll Bring

Degree in

Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research , or a related field. 7+ years of experience in

.NET software development

with strong proficiency in

C# . 3+ years working with

optimisation algorithms

or mathematical modelling. Solid understanding of

real-time systems ,

microservices , and
