Overview of the role

Oversee the overall management and day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Manage a team of direct reports, providing coaching, performance management, and development planning.

Ensure compliance with all JLL and client standard procedures.

Build and maintain relationships with tenants, providing on-demand services and regular communication.

Prepare and deliver business plans, budgets, and forecasts.

Manage lease administration, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Collect rental payments and manage arrears effectively.

Handle financial and accounting processes, including accounts payable, rent roll, and billings.

Provide timely client reporting and internal reporting.

Monitor legal compliance and liaise with relevant parties.

Support project managers on tenant fit-outs and ensure the highest standards of repair and cleanliness.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Centre Manager or similar role within the retail property industry.

Victorian Agents Representative Licence or Real Estate Licence is required.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of retail property principles, with a focus on increasing sales and foot-traffic.

Proactive and self‑motivated, with a commitment to superior client service.

Ability to make tough decisions and problem‑solving recommendations.

Effective communication and relationship‑building abilities.
