Head of IT

Our client, a leading global consumer goods company, is seeking an experienced IT leader/Project Manager to join its executive team, driving strategic ICT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex projects and stakeholder engagement.

Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, security, and supplier relationships to ensure business continuity and value.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive, values-driven culture.

Align country IT strategy with global direction, ensuring compliance and best practice.

Manage budgets, optimise costs, and report on ICT expenditure.

About You:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) and ITIL are highly regarded.

Proven experience managing complex IT solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, E-Commerce, Data Analytics) such as Salesforce, Shopify, Netsuite and Snowflake.

Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

Ability to influence, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Background experience in a sales environment is desirable.

Australian citizenship or permanent residence status is required for this position.
