Head of Technology

to lead our strategic technology direction, drive digital transformation, and build high‑performing global teams across IT and Software Development.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership : Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team to align technology strategy with business goals and lead transformation initiatives.

IT Oversight : Manage global IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, helpdesk operations, and enterprise systems with a focus on uptime, security, and compliance.

Software Development Leadership : Guide agile teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing applications aligned with our product roadmap.

Team Building : Mentor and grow cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Governance & Compliance : Ensure adherence to global standards (GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001) and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience (10+years) in leading enterprise‑wide technology strategies and large‑scale projects.

Strong business acumen with the ability to translate tech into business value.

Expertise in cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity.

In‑depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development.

Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and coaching others.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
