About the Role

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

across your chosen legal niche

Build and nurture

strong client relationships

Source, screen, and place high‑calibre legal professionals

Use

LinkedIn, SEEK, and other platforms

to identify top talent

Mentor and consult with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

Help shape and scale a team of consultants (if leadership is your path)

Drive strategic growth in your vertical, domestically and globally

What You Bring

4+ years' experience

in full-cycle recruitment

A strong network.

Confident communicator with

excellent client-facing skills

Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and CRM/database systems

A

strategic thinker

who’s motivated by outcomes, not just activity

Genuine desire to grow within a

global business
