As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the business through a period of high activity, managing end‑to‑end recruitment, and building strong relationships with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across a variety of roles and business areas.

Partner with line managers to take thorough job briefs and provide expert advice on sourcing strategies.

Proactively source, attract and engage high‑quality talent through multiple channels.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding.

Contribute to broader people initiatives and support the team where required.

Key Criteria

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an end‑to‑end recruitment role, ideally at a senior level.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with managers and colleagues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team approach.

Proven ability to manage high volumes of recruitment activity in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with autonomy and initiative.
