Deliver structural designs from concept through to construction and completion. Prepare and review designs in line with Australian Standards and client requirements. Provide senior technical input across multiple projects. Liaise with clients, architects, builders, and consultants throughout delivery. Conduct site inspections including footings, slabs, retaining walls, framing, and steelwork. Resolve design and construction issues as they arise. Support junior engineers and drafting staff as required. Maintain quality, WHS, and design compliance across all projects. Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with a structural focus. 6-10 years' experience in residential and light commercial projects. CPEng and RPEQ (or working toward). Strong design, site, and construction support experience. Proficiency in structural design software and documentation. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. About the Company
