Your background spans construction, infrastructure or renewable energy – sectors where scale, complexity and capital discipline define success. Experience within a family office, private investment group or founder-led business will be highly regarded, particularly where you’ve built or transformed finance functions and navigated growth through both operational and investment lenses. You have led multi-entity finance operations, driven M&A transactions, and raised substantial debt and equity. Above all, you are steady under pressure – decisive, composed and able to earn trust quickly across diverse stakeholders. You bring commercial acumen, humility and influence in equal measure.
