Senior Azure Infrastructure & SRE Lead

Location: Australia (Remote)

Role Overview We are seeking a senior technical leader to lead EDE delivery for Mission Critical customers.

This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and operating highly reliable Azure-based solutions while serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers operating in complex, high-availability environments.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands‑on technical expertise, a strong delivery track record, and the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams—all while continuously learning and improving.

Key Responsibilities

Lead EDE delivery for Mission Critical customers in production environments

Design, implement, and operate highly available and resilient Azure infrastructure

Drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence using SRE principles

Act as the primary technical lead for complex customer engagements

Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams

Proactively identify risks and recommend improvements to system health and resilience

Mentor engineers and promote best practices across delivery teams

Technical Expertise Required

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Azure Mission Critical workloads

Azure Monitor and observability tools

Health Model design and implementation

What We’re Looking For Technical Depth

Proven hands‑on experience with the technologies listed above

Ability to design and troubleshoot complex cloud architectures

Delivery Track Record

Demonstrated success delivering solutions for enterprise or mission‑critical customers

Experience leading customer‑facing technical engagements

Stakeholder Engagement

Ability to build trust and credibility with customers

Strong communication skills to influence decisions and align stakeholders
