About the Role Provide specialist clinical leadership across inpatient, community and consultative palliative care services. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to quality, safety and holistic patient support. Offer education, supervision and mentorship to junior doctors and medical staff. Support service development, innovation and continuous improvement aligned with SMHS strategic goals. Contribute to performance, accreditation and clinical governance standards across the service.

Supportive mentors and educators Fellowship of an appropriate medical college (e.g. FRACP Palliative Medicine, FAChPM, or equivalent). Eligibility for specialist registration with AHPRA.
