Job Description
If you are thinking about what comes next in your career - more balance, more variety, more influence - consulting may be the step that opens those doors. Many great engineers hesitate because they assume it means moving away from “real” engineering. In our team, it is the opposite. You keep your technical depth while broadening the scope of problems you get to solve.
Why This Role?
Influence more outcomes:
Partner with global mining companies on development, optimisation, and studies. Your technical input will help shape decisions and drive improved bottom line outcomes.
Think global:
Break the repetition of working at one site - collaborate across our international offices, with occasional site visits to various projects at a range of mines.
Grow beyond technical:
Strengthen your commercial skills while staying connected to your technical discipline, be supported by some of the best mining & studies leads in the business.

Our service delivery is across independent advisory, due diligences, technical and mine optimisation studies, engineering and asset management, project services, safety, health & risk, and decarbonisation.
About the Role

Perth or London , you’ll play a pivotal role in our Metals team. You’ll provide tailored technical mine advisory, project management services and contribute to technical studies that span due diligence, feasibility, optimisation, and decarbonisation.

With a strong pipeline of work in place, our clients range from major miners to junior explorers, investment funds, and global banks. If you understand the bigger picture - connecting production phases with operational and financial targets - this is your opportunity to shine.
What’s in it for you?
Broaden your horizons : Work across multiple commodities, countries, and service areas
Deepen your expertise:
Tackle complex mine planning projects and feasibility studies
Future-proof your career:
Gain skills in due diligence and decarbonisation
