An incoming General Practitioner to Maudsland can expect to see lots of young families and an excellent mix of professionals and retirees in this location. Housing options range from modern townhouses and apartments to expansive family homes on large plots of land. Investors are particularly drawn to Maudsland due to its potential for capital growth and rental yield. This opportunity will best suit a FRACGP who likes to keep busy and work as the key General Practitioner, within their area of special interest.
