Technical Lead

A Technical Lead position is available within a growing organisation undergoing a significant platform transformation.

The role has been created to provide dedicated leadership across the eCommerce platform as the business continues to scale and finalise a major transformation program.

You will take ownership of the eCommerce transformation, operating as the technical lead across multiple initiatives and ensuring successful delivery across the platform.

This is a hands on role combining technical delivery with leadership responsibility. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with stakeholders and driving outcomes across several concurrent projects.

A key part of the role involves hands on coding, stakeholder communication, and cross functional collaboration to ensure alignment across the business as the platform evolves.

This is a permanent opportunity based full time in the office, located south of Perth.

You Should Have

Around five years or more of commercial experience

Strong capability across React, Next.js, and TypeScript

Demonstrated leadership exposure

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

A collaborative and flexible working style

Technical Requirements Must have

Strong commercial experience with React and Next.js

Demonstrated leadership experience

Ability to deliver across multiple projects

Nice to have Team and Reporting Structure You will report to the Head of IT and work closely with the broader IT team and Digital Marketing stakeholders.

Working Arrangements

Full time office based role

No work from home

Up to $200,000 plus superannuation.
