Delaware North Australia have an opportunity for a Senior Manager, Finance & Business to lead a finance team onsite at Marvel Stadium on a Parental Leave Cover. Reporting to the GM Finance & Reporting, your remit will be to manage, monitor, and lead the accounting operational activities to produce and consolidate financial reports and to analyse of the overall business performance to achieve financial plan, profit margins and business growth, while building Delaware North's brand and client reputation.

What will you do?
Lead and oversee onsite finance operations at Marvel Stadium, ensuring accurate accounting, reporting, and financial governance.
Manage and consolidate financial reporting, delivering timely insights on performance, profit margins, and business growth.
Partner closely with operational teams, the General Manager, and the client to provide commercially focused advice and support decision‑making.
Lead, coach, and develop the finance team across Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, statutory obligations, and internal controls.
Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance financial performance and processes.
More About You
Proven experience as a Senior Management Accountant or Finance Manager with strong people leadership and business partnering capability.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing finance teams.
Commercial experience in high‑volume environments such as hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
Strong understanding of operationally driven businesses and industry demands.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent, with CA or CPA qualification.
Technically strong, with a multi‑disciplinary background and exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills.
