The Role A key member of the Senior Leadership team, you will elevate the Finance function, act as a true partner to the CEO, and play a key role in executing a growth agenda.

This role is not about maintaining the status quo, nor a genuinely CFO‑level role in which your time might be spent developing strategy and directing traffic from behind a desk.

Yes, you will participate in and influence strategic decision‑making, but of critical importance is your willingness to engage with the operations of the business. You will genuinely partner with R&D, Sales and Production management to drive performance improvement, in some cases proactively coaching and guiding them to better understand their numbers.

At a practical level, you will lead a small, well‑established team of three as you take ownership of the Finance function, however in addition to overseeing day‑to‑day transactional processing, your remit will include reviewing and enhancing all aspects of financial reporting and compliance, cashflow management, and financial forecasting and modelling.

You We are seeking a Degree‑qualified Finance leader with current CA/CPA/CFA certification, specific experience in manufacturing environments, and a strong practical background in:

Inventory and Supply Chain management.

Regulatory and Compliance frameworks.

At a technical level, you bring to the table expertise in:

Cost Accounting.

Budgeting and forecasting.

Financial analysis.

Capital budgeting and investment analysis.

Effectively harnessing ERP & financial software.

Integrated Business Planning / S&OP.

Ideally, your experience includes having worked in privately‑owned businesses, including presenting at Board level and engaging directly with shareholders.
