JR106072As the Lead, PTP Portfolio you will support the team that is delivering our Partnership Transition along side our partner whilst and having Delivery Management oversight and input across the portfolio.This position will start as a 1 year maximum term with a view to extend.* Providing effective leadership to the program and project management team, acting as the escalation point for the team and stakeholders and managing the work allocation across the team.* Managing the delivery of key strategic projects whilst hands on delivering in a work stream and assisting with coordinating interdependencies between projects and with the organisation.* Providing input into, and reviewing, project management policies, standards and project management governance and ensuring they are adhered to.* Assisting Program and Project Managers with their overall accountability for delivery to agreed scope, time and budget with measurable member and commercial outcome.* Proactively monitoring overall progress, manage financials, risks, scope, resolve issues and initiates corrective actions as appropriate.* Creating an environment where our people and teams are enabled, actively promoting cross-functional teams and collaboration* Working closely with the GM Strategy, Planning and Delivery, Senior Manager Business Analysis, Lead, Project and Program Management and Senior Manager Project Delivery around pipeline forecasting and resource planning.* Extensive experience in successful delivery of complex business-led Transformation projects and programs .* Experience in leadership position for large customer-focused organisation in similar role.* Significant experience in leading a cross functional teams and management of stakeholders* Ability to simplify complex deliverables and align them with business strategies.* Proven success in engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders at all levels.* Strong ability to prioritise, manage competing demands, and deliver accurate outcomes under tight deadlines.* Contribute to high-impact projects or products that directly enhance RACWA's services to its members and the community.* Join a team that values personal development and enables continuous learning opportunities, certifications, and career progression within a supportive and growth-focused environment.* Benefit from flexible and hybrid working arrangements, including temporary remote work options and a focus on work-life balance.* Be part of an organisation that embraces diversity and inclusion, ensuring a welcoming environment for all employees.* Take advantage of a strong focus on employee wellbeing, including mental health support, wellness programs, and fitness incentives.* Engage in meaningful community and social responsibility initiatives that align with RACWA's values and mission.**About RAC**RAC WA is a member-focused organisation dedicated to serving the Western Australian community.
