Senior Lawyer

This is a truly career defining, strategic in-house opportunity for a 5–10 year PAE property, projects or planning and environment lawyer.

This role sits within a high-performing legal team (all ex top and mid tier) responsible for advising on some of the biggest projects in Queensland - from large-scale urban precincts, housing supply and industrial development initiatives to Olympics related infrastructure for Queensland.

You will:

Advise on complex contracts - from land and development related to commercial contracts

Structure and negotiate key commercial agreements

Work directly with senior decision makers

Influence projects from early planning through to delivery

This is a sophisticated portfolio, suited to a lawyer who enjoys both the technical detail and the bigger commercial picture.

Strong private practice background preferred.
