Key responsibilities:

Processing data accuracy and method retention skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

The ability to make collection calls while representing the business and negotiating a promise to pay.

The ability to follow up both with client and Internal stakeholders to resolve any issues.

The ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines.

Strong ability to remain assertive and empathetic with customers.

Processing credit applications.

Managing your own portfolio of national clients

Managing and maintaining aged debtor accounts

Cash flow forecasting for reporting purposes

What Youll Bring

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

An exemplary telephone manner

High level attention to detail

Excellent time management to be able to prioritise to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Proficiency in desktop applications such as Outlook Word and Excel

Experience working with a variety of debtor systems

Oracle experience would be advantageous but not essential

Ability to work as part of a team

A basic knowledge of accounting
