Our target project opportunities include Solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and Wind Projects, as well as Hydrogen and Ammonia projects.As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer (Civil) to join our team. **About the role**As our Senior Project Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across all civil and structural construction elements within major renewable energy projects. You will play a key role in ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved while supporting the delivery of large‑scale, environmentally significant infrastructure.**Your duties and responsibilities will include:*** Lead and guide civil and structural construction activities across the project lifecycle* Manage engineering deliverables, ITPs, work packs, hold/witness points, and QA documentation.* Collaborate closely with design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.* Oversee material take-offs, procurement planning, scheduling inputs, and cost reporting.* Support commissioning activities and ensure seamless completion and handover.* Monitor scope, cost impacts, schedule risks, and opportunities for project optimisation.* Maintain accurate project records and contribute to strong document control practices.* Mentor and support Junior and Project Engineers.**Your skills and experience:*** Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).* 5+ years’ civil engineering and construction experience, ideally within large‑scale infrastructure or energy projects.* Strong subcontractor management* Knowledge of AS9001 Quality Systems.* Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.* A valid driver’s license.*Please note that relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
