WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
This role offers the opportunity to operate at a senior level within People and Culture, providing expert advice and strategic HR support to executive and senior leaders.
You will play a key role in shaping HR management practices and influencing policy direction, while partnering with designated groups to strengthen capability and promote a continuous improvement approach to workforce management.
The position provides exposure to complex and sensitive employee relations matters, strategic workforce issues and emerging HR risks, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to organisational effectiveness through sound advice and well-developed recommendations.

Do you have expertise in HR management, development and employee relations, including complex and sensitive matters?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
Provide high-level HR consultancy to executive and senior managers across HR management, development and employee relations.
Partner with designated groups to resolve complex and sensitive HR issues in line with industrial instruments and SA Health Workforce policies.
Build HR capability and promote a continuous improvement approach to staff management.
Influence HR practices and policy by identifying emerging trends and risks and preparing strategic recommendations.
