What You’ll Do

Drive architecture discovery sessions to capture current state processes, systems, and integrations.

Define future‑state architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.

Conduct solution options analysis, including cost‑benefit and risk assessments.

Deliver key architecture artifacts:

Current State Diagrams

Future State Blueprint

Solution Options Matrix & Recommendation Report

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.

Provide guidance on integration strategies between Freight Management and HR & Payroll systems.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in architecture engagements for complex enterprise systems.

Strong experience with SAP (HR, Payroll, Logistics) and Salesforce (CRM & integrations).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
