Senior Production Manager On-Site

Your role Join our Selleys Operations team as a Senior Production Manager and take ownership of a variety of key functions in one of our largest manufacturing sites, based in Padstow, NSW. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager and as an integral member of the site leadership team, leading a team of up to 70 people, this role will be accountable for the day-to-day manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead the site manufacturing team to deliver to operational targets on-time/in-full, at the right quality in a safe environment, focusing on delivery, cost and employee engagement. This role provides support to both Production and Warehousing teams to ensure effectiveness in making sealants, adhesives, and fillers in a semi-automated production environment. The successful candidate will drive with a continuous improvement mindset, always looking to maximise the company's talents and assets.
