Kid Sense Child Development is a well-established provider of Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services for children, adolescents, and young adults. We offer clinic-based, community-based, and online therapy across
six metro Adelaide sites , all supported by strong multidisciplinary teams.

About the Role
This is a full or part time role to cover maternity leave of the current clinical director, with the role continuing in a (shared) part time capacity (*with other leadership positions offered to fill the remaining days upon the current clinical director returning part time) after 12 months.
As Clinical Director you will enjoy minimal clinical caseload to focus on nurturing your clinicians to provide high-quality therapy, an enjoyable workplace culture and a truly integrated Admin and clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with our (clinical) Executive Director, Clinical Leads of Speech and OT, and external Leadership members
Participate in leadership meetings, contribute to clinical service methods and operational processes and collaborate on innovative resources and service offerings
Manage and Mentor the Clinical Leads and Clinical Seniors to clinical excellence, plan and deliver Professional development events and manage performance reviews.
Support to the broader Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy teams
Manage staff recruitment and induction, ongoing staff management, coordinate audit delivery and corporate decisions to grow into expanding markets
Provide regular supervision to allocated experienced supervisees (where appropriate)

About You
Candidates must hold either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant allied health discipline (eg OT, Speech or Physio, others considered also).
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Have
3+ years of leadership experience in paediatric therapy
Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Allied Health Clinician (eg Speechie, OT, Physio)
Hold clinical relevant membership (e.g. SPA, OTA, PBA)
Have a current DCSI Working With Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening
Approachable and able to build rapport easily with clients, families, and colleagues
Have a solution-focused, strengths-based (and creative) mindset
Can work independently and collaboratively
Are passionate about guiding good clinicians into
great
ones
Want to make a tangible difference in the lives of children, young adults, and families
