Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead organizational risk, quality and compliance across residential and/or community aged care services. Key Responsibilities

Lead the Quality Assurance Framework

Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards

Prepare and submit responses to the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission

Lead audits and accreditation readiness

Manage incident and complaint processes

Risk Management

Develop risk management policies and frameworks

Conduct organizational risk assessments

Monitor key risk indicators

Oversee WHS compliance

Support clinical governance and business continuity

Develop and review organizational policies

Align procedures with legislation and best practice

Provide compliance guidance to leadership

Essential Requirements

AHPRA Registered Nurse

Proven experience writing submissions to the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission

Strong knowledge of accreditation and risk frameworks

Experience in internal auditing and continuous improvement

Advanced reporting and data analysis skills
