The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our dynamic IA team. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in managing and resolving client cases, supervising staff, and driving successful outcomes while upholding the firm’s high ethical and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of Institutional Abuse matters from intake to resolution.
Prepare and review pleadings, Statements of Claim, and other court documents.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on case merits.
Attend conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings with clients and barristers.
Negotiate and settle claims in line with client instructions.
Maintain regular and clear communication with clients, ensuring superior client service.
Supervise and mentor support staff to ensure compliance with firm protocols.
Meet individual KPIs including file management, client satisfaction, and fee budgets.
Maintain compliance with all professional obligations, including CPD requirements.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in personal Injury Law and related legal principles
